Return Policy

Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit.

Once the label has been created you will have 7 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 7 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase. 

Domestic returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee and a $5 handling fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the handling fee will be waived.

- Alloura does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
- The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund. 
- Fragrance(s) must contain at least 90% or more of the original liquids and be in original packaging to quality for a return
-Alloura is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 4-6 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
